Whether you’ve been sewing for decades or have never threaded a needle, Stitched Together, an extension of our Needle and Thread Ministry, is a place for you. This sewing-based Bible study and ministry brings women (and men!) of all skill levels around the table to create with our hands while growing in faith together. From beginners learning basic stitches to experienced sewists working on meaningful projects, everyone has something to learn—and something to share. Projects can include sewing, quilting, knitting, crochet, needlepoint, embroidery, smocking, or anything else your heart desires!
Just as Scripture reminds us in Ecclesiastes 3 that there is “a time to mend,” we believe God uses both the simple and the skilled work of our hands to weave something beautiful. Whether you come to master a new technique, finish a long-awaited project, or simply enjoy fellowship while stitching, you’ll find a welcoming seat at the table.
Our gatherings will include:
We can’t wait to be stitched together in faith and friendship. We will meet on Wednesday nights from 6-7 in room 101/102. Contact Victoria Morris (901-275-0449) or Emily Witcher (817-789-8776) with any questions.
