Open Pickleball Sessions – Thursdays 4-7 PM
RUMC offers open pickleball sessions weekly on Thursdays from 4-7 PM. Courts are located in our “Pickleball Pavilion,” aka, the gymnasium. Play is on a come and go as you-please basis.
The first hour of play is for self-declared beginners. More skilled players are welcome to play between 5 and 7 pm, but may also play between 4 and 5 pm if the courts are not being used by beginning players. Beginners may stay past 5 and continue to play as well.
No reservations are required, and there is never any cost to play pickleball at RUMC. Small voluntary gifts of support are never refused! Such donations are used to maintain the courts, purchase new and better nets when needed, and periodically replenish our supply of indoor pickleballs as old ones wear out or are damaged during play.
Pickleball is truly a game for all stages and all ages. So, please consider coming to a session and check it out. Equipment will be provided should you need it.
Contact Mark Bourgoin with any questions. See you on the courts!
