Riverchase Women and Needle & Thread
Join us as part of a 57-year tradition with groups from the greater Birmingham area to create hand-sewn Christmas stockings for babies born at UAB/St. Vincent’s Hospital in December.
All women are invited to join us on September 7th from 2-4 PM in the Fireside Room. You will be provided with a kit containing everything you need. Each stocking will be unique, as you get to decide how to embellish it. We will help you get started during this 2-hour event. Some may finish, and some may wish to take it home and finish after the event. All finished stockings must be returned to the church by October 5th.
