Riverchase offers a wide variety of study, fellowship and enrichment activities for adults at all stages from Millenials to Seniors. From August through May, we offer Wednesday night fellowship meals followed by programming which includes short- and long-term classes and Bible studies. Classes are also available through the week, with schedules and titles published in the order of worship and online. Day trips, lunch bunch, Singles Impact Ministry (SIM), Sunday school, retreats, and seasonal gatherings, are some of the other ways we provide Christian fellowship opportunities.
Sunday school is an opportunity for you to meet, read, discuss, and socialize with other like-minded individuals. There are 20 or more classes to choose from each Sunday morning, grouped primarily by age or interest, and all welcome visitors every week.

As Christians and followers of Jesus Christ, it is critical to know what Scripture says about Him and about how we are to live. We offer beginning and in-depth Bible studies throughout the week to address this need, and to help all build a personal faith foundation. There are also classes on aspects of spiritual living and growth, as well as some groups designed for women's or men's particular interests.
For more information about Bible Studies or to find a study for you, contact Rev. Nancy Harper.
Riverchase's Singles Impact Ministry is designed to serve and encourage all singles -- whether you've never been married, are divorced, widowed, have kids or don't have kids, even if you just come to church solo. We gather in Sunday school classes, seminars and social events. We meet on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month for a meal and Bible study. We welcome you to join us.

In addition to the Wednesday night dinner we offer throughout the school year, there are many opportunities for you to meet and interact with others in the church. We have monthly Lunch Bunch meals and programs, as well as a Day Trippers group, that are open to all ages. Some singles (SIM), meet on Tuesday evenings for meals, studies and socials, while young singles (Connect) gather on Thursday nights for similar fellowship.
Intergenerational, seasonal events, including the Cajun Feast, Patriotic Concert and Food Fest, Fall Kick-off and Adult Christmas Dinner, bring both families and individuals together.
Women’s Bible studies, women’s Sunday school, and women’s retreats are all available at Riverchase to nurture sisterhood in Christ. In addition, we offer the mission and education group, Riverchase United Methodist Women, whose sub-groups, or Circles provide service and mission opportunities, book discussions, food and fellowship.
Riverchase United Methodist Men is a place where men can connect with other men to study God's Word, to hold each other accountable, and to grow spiritually. We encourage men to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God.
We have several opportunities for fellowship and service throughout the year. From men's conferences to retreats to mission trips and Bible studies - you can find a place to connect.
Riverchase United Methodist Men meet the 3rd Sunday of each month for breakfast from 7:15 - 8:30 AM in the Riverchase Room. Breakfasts usually include a speaker, whose charity of choice is then supported.
