Riverchase Day School

Welcome to Riverchase Day School!  We offer preschool and kindergarten classes for children ages 3 to 6 in the caring Christian environment of Riverchase United Methodist Church.  

 

Our learning activities, materials and teaching practices are developmentally appropriate and designed to build a love of learning and a foundation for success in school years ahead.  Our highly qualified teaching staff is loving, creative, experienced and dedicated to helping your child grow spiritually, physically, socially and academically.

 

Classroom hours are 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM each weekday with extended hours (available for additional fees) beginning at 8:00 AM and ending at 3:00 PM. Students attend weekly chapel, music and Happy Feet classes. Kindergarteners also attend a Spanish class. Priority registration for the Fall 2012/2013 school year is offered to current RDS students and their siblings January 23-27. RUMC members may register on January 31, and open registration begins February 1, 2012. We register students throughout each school year as space becomes available. Registration for our six-week Summer program begins in March.

 

This bi-annual event serves as a fundraiser for the Riverchase Day School.  Held in the Spring and again in the Fall, buyers and sellers alike will enjoy this children's consignment sale featuring a variety of clothing, furniture, toys and games.  For more information, please visit the TNT Children's Consignment Sale page.
